How is really the disruption we need to get to there.
The theme continued till later in the day at a meeting to discuss a potential opportunity that I would relish. As I drove home I thought about where I've worked at strategic levels in organisations and with clients. This morning as I look around my office studio space I notice a formula on my wall.
When organisations need to change, scale, adapt they have to move to action. Bridging has to happen.
That is one of the ways I've worked with organisations through business consultancy and my creative facilitation practice. What is bridging? Bridging is building consensus into action.
