Developing digital citizenship

I've been looking a this topic for a while and have just published a board on Pinterest that collects the beginning of my research for best practices, education and action around digital youth skills and ideas for a digital citizenship certificate. Aimed initially to Transition Year and early school leavers, potentially parents too or community education. it will include that 10-12 year olds. We should really be starting with kids as young as 8.
What else should I be adding to that list and who should I be talking too?
