The key take away from Austin's talk was 'practice, share the work both success and failures and co-learn' from Karren's top ten rules for success No. 3 Embrace Ambition, 7. Plan to win and 9. Grasp the bottom line - I seem to have completed a cycle of No. 5 Take a reality check.

If you're following my blog you will know I have shifted perhaps the axis of how I offer my intelligence's for work. By following my action I think I am shrugging of an old template about ambition. I don't consider myself ambitious. I know some of my associates and colleagues have described me as driven. Which came as a surprise to me. Do you consider them the same thing?
So yes I am embracing ambition as I reconnect to potential work and employment.
What are you ambitious for?
