Adventures in 2014

As January slips away in to February this week, 2014 is shaping up. I have three self directed projects under way and on track, actually as they come on track they are more collaborations.
Tonight I attended The Cottage Autism Network general meeting, it would seem some of the parents were just as keen to see an action coming out of the meeting. Two potential dates, a time, price and a potential location set for a pilot session around 'Just for me'. The idea of a siblings workshop, regular meeting or support group has been muted and discussed for some time. As I have said before all ideas have their time. I'm pretty excited about this one.
Earlier in January I was delighted to establish a Dublin based Master Mind Group of business owners. I am looking forward to supporting these women to grow their businesses, building accountability, mutual support and focus underpinned by my business acumen. I am experimenting with a different business model to recognise all of our professional time and acknowledge my  contribution as organiser facilitator.
I have started to talk to schools in the Gorey and the greater Gorey area about the potential for the sixth class Memory Maker project. I am getting some positive feedback. Gorey Public Library love the project and we may collaborate on specific pieces including an exhibition of final artefacts from each of the schools.
Looking forward to what tomorrow brings!
