There are potential projects in development that I wanted to let them know about and ask some advice. It was so good to talk with them and thank you both for your time.
So often I am the person who creates the space for others it was nice to find that space with you, I think you really helped me access clarity.
So much so I've been able to describe 4 critical questions for my work this year that I just blasted out on twitter: -
Questions 2 and 3 I have been working away on through my innovation and creative practice. So are they even questions or continuing to prove the point?
Questions 1. let me clarify community development -I mean something more broad more like 'how we live our lives' within the places we choose to live work play. Perhaps it is not so much community development as community being. Yes I like that that seems the right way to think about it and it ties in with my goal that I state on my linked in profile:
...to continue to help people move from the edges and isolation of their experiences
in places of work, education, communities and civic society.
Making space for making sense of things through
creativity in context, actualisation, open learning, game storming and technology.
Questions 4. dovetails into that for me -
what is the real intersection of technology, enterprise, arts and education? purpose, context, outcome...
What do I really want to explore? value... so what is the real value for people - commercial enterprise, education, creativity, living work play. Is it really solving something or is it tech for technology sake, are we adapting more to technology rather then the other way around? ah yes time for thinking and doing and linking.
