So how have your decisions for 2012 tripped into action?

I've been taking things slowly because I feel like that is what is being required. This study grant in May changes the landscape of my year. 

I've been doing a lot of thinking, mind mapping and big picture focus on my work. There is a process of sieving going on and I'm not totally sure where its going but I am trusting the evolving process. One thing I do know for certain is that it is bringing clarity and that is always a good thing. 

So what have I been getting clear on? 

• creative vision for my arts practice 
• sustainability issues around running a business and paying bills. 

I have to say I'm more then a little bored of sustainability - I want thrive. So the balance between profit and not for profit clients, associates and partners needs to be right. I also need to define and refine a strategy towards grant makers and other avenues of funding. But I need good work and a project that is worth defining before taking that approach by my standards.
