destination, vision and goals

While driving to a colleagues house for a meeting in rural Wicklow I happened across this post box pretty much in the middle of nowhere. It seems apt as the year draws in and we've started to think about what next year holds that a destination in the side of a hedgerow sums up this aspect of the drawing in 2011 and the dawning of 2012.

So what will you treasure from 2011? 

What worked, what was successful? What do you want to repeat? Can you scale it - do you want to?

What were your key learning points? Our biggest mistakes and disasters if you want to call them that hold our biggest learning... consider and absorb those lessons. Build that learning back into your own process.

I've taken down my mini installation in the studio that space has been reformed into a blank ideas wall. In the last week it has transformed into a mapping wall - do you have one in work or for yourself? A space for ideas, shaping, linking, process flow, people, business and strands of research, development, funding and revenue.

I love maps and having a wall space to map 2012 just works for me.
So today I'll leave you with this question: What do you want more of in 2012?
